The entire process was very smooth. Everyone that we worked with were very personable and helpful. Every time that we had a question they immediately responded. On one occurrence my wife was up in the middle of the night and sent a question in a text and received a response within 10 minutes. The customer service was unreal

I got a loan through them for solar. After that was completed, I refinanced my home through them, to combine the solar loan in with the refi. They lied, the process was horrible and took 3 months. They then did not combine the solar loan with the refi.... total scammers. Be advised, and don't use them for anything.

They made me feel as if we were all one team working together to achieve the same goal, and never treated me like just another faceless number helping them to check another box and line their pockets with my money. The initial loan for my solar went well. Since that time I am called several times a month and always by a different person. They start out asking how my solar is working (like they care, they’re just financing it). They then proceed into how many smart homeowners have wrapped their solar loans into a refinance of their home. I have asked repeatedly for the calls to stop, but they continue unabated. I have resorted to blocking the calls. I see they are still calling three times a week. Frustrating. I’d never use them again.

Loanpal was great to work with. They were very professional and efficient. I especially liked that they kept me updated each week on the progress of the loan. They have great customer service and are very friendly. Given the Covid-19 pandemic everything was done online until the final notary for signatures and the Notary came to our home.

Mitch (Rice) and his team did an awesome job getting my loan (refinance) handled quickly and efficiently. This was the second time I had called on Mitch to handle a loan for me. My loan closed on Wednesday December 23rd. 2020, I received a check at my door Thursday Dec, 24th from Fed Ex (Merry Christmas to me). Mitch is a no non sense, but funny, individual who gets things done. The communication was fantastic as I had either Mitch or one of his team calling me every couple of days to keep me up to date. I 100% recommend Mitch and LoanPal if you want/need a mortgage loan or refinance. Jim

We are very satisfied with LoanPal. We used them to refinance our house and finance our solar panels. They were able to make both our mortgage and solar panel loan into one loan. All documents were signed electronically. A notary public came to pur house to sign the closing documents. We would give LoanPal five stars except they never notified us when they paid off our mortgage. My husband called and left a message, but didn't receive a reply. We found out by contacting the mortgage company. Also, we haven't been able to find out how to make on line payments. We signed the closing documents a few weeks ago, so hopefully we'll get information before our first payment is due.

Nathaniel and Annie were very patient and thorough. I had a bad experience with a different mortgage company last year where I had to follow up constantly to ensure everything was getting done, but Nathaniel actually called me if I ever emailed a question. The process was fast. I would definitely do business with them again.

All was conducted To fit my schedule. So I combined loans, reduced monthly payouts and got a lower interest rate Without a whole lot of hassle. Very positive experience.
