We recently refinanced our jumbo loan with cash out refinance through David Moore at JWH. Its unbelievable to see how fast David's team work. The whole refinance process was done in less than 2 weeks!! I did many refinances before but every time its more than a month for sure. I was in the process of refinancing my home with Loan Depot and had already conducted my appraisal when I was going through "junk mail" the following Sunday afternoon and opened a letter from JWH Financial, which I would have normally just thrown in the trash. I am SO glad I did open this letter, as I thought the rates were just too good to be true and I called the 1-800 number and Leslie answered directly (Sunday at 5p). Before the night was over she had me a full overview of loan options, lowered my rate by 40 basis points, saved me a great deal on closing costs and said we could close in as little as two weeks. Leslie, Arshia and the entire JWH Financial Team are simply amazing folks, and conduct all of their business practices with the utmost professionalism and integrity. It was absolutely a true pleasure to work with them and I could not recommend a better financial institution to conduct business with. They made the process seamless and we closed quicker than I expected.

We recently used JWH Financial for our home refinance, and our loan officers were Fabian Velzquez and David Moore. They were very personable and knowledgeable about the refinance process. Everything was handled through emails and via online. The entire process took only about 15 days. I highly recommend JWH Financial.

A few years ago, I refinanced my mortgage with JWH Finance and John Sheetz (broker). Everything was pretty straightforward; they followed the rules as any others. Except they never mentioned or informed me that United Wholesale Mortgage (lender) was not a bank. As a result, today I cannot negotiate a lower rate, and I have had to restart the process again. You cannot renegotiate your loan with an institution that is not a bank. So, I reached FWH Finance to lower my interest rate and, it took me some tricks and a few months before reconnecting with JWH Finance. They never returned my calls. And finally, when they reached me back, refinancing had just been a nightmare. They asked me for the wrong information. For instance, they asked for IRS form 1120, US Corp Income Tax Return, but I am either on w2 or 1099. I was amazed by the lack of professionalism this time. NO follow up and I am still waiting for the result of the case I opened. I will say that they do not care about customers and if your case requires some work. For instance, they do not understand what to do when you are on 1099. Also, as a customer, they never reached out to tell me that I could benefit from a lower interest rate for my mortgage. Their strategy is to look for one-time customers, get their commission, and that is it. Their goal is to complete as many transactions as they can. Per my experience, I do not recommend working with JWH Finance, or you may be trapped in some bad situation.

We received a flyer sent by JWH about low-interest rates, so we thought we would contact them to see if our primary home increased in value enough to qualify for a refi. We contacted JWH and they immediately took action to see what could be done. Turns out our appraisal came in lower than expected and we had to look at other options. Bobby was very thorough in exploring options and he knew we were checking with other companies. He only wanted what was best for us even if that meant to go with another mortgage company. We considered various options of where to gather funds to pay down our mortgage to get the lower rates of a conforming loan. Bobby came up with creative ideas and even recommended other lenders that could help with using our equity of a rental home. After the funds were available, we were able to restart the loan process for our primary home and Bobby quickly took care of all the needed documents etc. We mistakenly wired the funds needed to the old mortgage company instead of sending the funds to the title company, but Bobby was able to work around our mistake without the need for us to stop the wire, wait for the funds and reinitiate the wire to the correct location. We wonder if he is some type of superhero to be able to do all he did in such a timely manner. We highly recommend Bobby and JWH Financial to take care of your mortgage needs due to their expertise, professionalism, quick action. Scott Livingston was our agent and from the initial phone conversation proved to be honest, straight forward, non pushy and knowledgeable. Very good service from JWH Financial. I refinanced my housing loan from them. They completed the paper work and provided the loan in just 10 days. This is actually amazing to see them finishing everything in just 10 days. No cheating. No beating around the bush. Whatever was promised initially was delivered without any gimmicks.

After attempting to go with another mortgage lender in a process lasting over 3 1/2 months (this company told me the entire process would be done in 2 to 3 weeks!), I received a solicitation from JWH financial and called them up. A little over three weeks later the entire process was done and my home refinance loan was funded. The other mortgage company asked me for pension letters and a letter from my insurance company attesting I had not filed a wild fire claim (even though there were no fires where I live!), and numerous other documents that JWH financial did not require me to provide. I provided all documents within an hour of speaking with David Moore and he was so professional and excellent throughout the process! Hands down the best refinance I've been through with JWH. Jade Holman was my first point of contact. He was always responsive, clear, and transparent. Ryan Mether also worked on my refinance. I was shopping for cash out refi on a condo and I called around a few different places including the current lender who's holding my mortgage (Wells Fargo). JWH had the best and most upfront interest rate and fees. Another place offered me the same rate but they were pushy and used those "it's one day only and it's given to you by our manager's special discretion and it's gone tomorrow!" kind of vacation home sales BS. Mark from JWH was different. He knew what he was talking about, gave two quotes of two options that I was interested in over email right away. And he just seemed honest. The rest of the paperwork started right away. Their web portal for online document submission worked well and was easy to use. Kurtis reached out to me the second day and followed up on all questions (not many) super promptly. My property had an appraisal waiver and they offered me an extra lender's credit on partial title insurance. All was done extremely swiftly. I submitted my application on 8/11, got funded on 8/30, 14 business days. They are the kind of competent people you want by your side!

Now my loan just closed in time with very competitive rate as expected. They do deserve the 5 stars! This going to be a long review,, because I have so much to say.. My mortgage Banker name is Scott Livingston, this man was awesome to deal with, he was able to get me a great rate, which ended up taking off 3 years of payments. My monthly payment stood the same but went from 18 year to 15 year loan. I would say the whole process was complete within 1 week 1/2. I start to get a loan through another mortgage company, one that I had dealt with 2 times before. I was half way through the process when I got this letter/pamphlet in the mail. It said that they could beat the current mortgage company rate and closing cost. I called the number and left a message and within 20 minutes Scott Livingston called me back. I was able to send the information that I had from the mortgage company that I was dealing with, Scott gave me an estimate that was way better than what I was going to get from the company that I was dealing with, in the end Scott saved me about $75,000.
