Loanmax Title Loans N State St, Orem

The ladies in this location are some of the rudest, unkind, disrespectful and even the most racist people i have ever had the unfortunate chance of dealing with. i walk into the store and the both counter ladies as well as charmaine the area manager were there and they didnt say a word to me until i walked clear up to the counter and asked for some help with a title loan. one girl says ok and then immediately starts conversing with the others in spanish, apparently unaware that i could undderstand what the were saying. it in inappropriate at any time to speak in a foreign language so that you think you can get away with making fun of customers financial issues, and even went so far as to use foul language in their native tongue to insult me all the while thinking i didnt understand, but i did. I also watched them exhibit other blatantly racist behavior. when i was there, another customer came who happened to be the same ethnicity as the loanmax employees and they immediately were so kind and welcoming to him, speaking kindly to him and they even thanked him for coming yet they totally ignored me. Furthermore, the other gentleman had an old beat up car that barely ran and wasnt worth more than $200-$300, where as i own a newer model sedan clean and clear title too that is worth bottom end at least $5600 but up to $7000. this rude employee was very despicable and hate filled, and made her dislike for me, a white male, blatantly known when she and her "manager" offered me a whopping $600 bucks, for a $6500.00 car, thats crazy! to make matters worse, they offered the other gentleman(who was their same ethncity $1200.00 for his beat up, crushed dented and broked rusty car!!! tell me that is not a clear case of racial bias. Lizzeth, Gabby and Charmaine are some of the most rude, racist, despicable people i have ever met!
