My experience with this branch (Las Vegas Blvd & Cheyenne) have been spot on. The employees Know what needs to be done in order to help me with whatever I was going through. My bro just recently had surgery and Hugo helped me without any delay. The employees are customer service oriented individuals and are absolutely a delight to talk to. They are professional and courteous anytime I was running late to make my payment. All in all, I will recommend this branch to anyone who needs a bit of help....

Scam Alert! They are very unprofessional and will charge you a high APR! Miss one payment and they will tow your car! Tow charges minimum $300, Fake telephone number listed when your car is towed so that you can’t call and now more fees add up, employee Vecana was very disrespectful when questioned about the whereabouts of my vehicle. This company is designed to hurt your credit and leave you broker than when you walked in there door. Scam Alert!
