Jasmine, Deborah, Kristian, Nicole These ladies are some of the most awesome customer service reps I've ever encountered. Laughing and cutting up really helped me feel better while signing a title loan knowing the high interest rates are very difficult to pay back. I have been struggling to gain capital because of some issues and these ladies made it quick and painless and helped me get more because I am a return customer. I really appreciate them today for their no hassle service and pleasant attitudes.

Deborah has got to be the best person in the business. She always is so helpful and doesn’t hesitate to help you out. This company overall gets 5 stars. The BEST customer service!

I visited loan max as an existing customer. They greeted me with smiles and assisted me as soon as I walked in. They were very professional and got right on the ball. I came in only requesting minimum but after being told about an offer of having a credit limit for possible future emergencies I was able to solve even more problems than what I was coming in for originally. Deborah helped me in so many ways I can’t explain. She was an angel sent and made me feel like me being a returning customer meant a lot. I plan on referring them to everyone I know. I usually don’t write reviews but a few days ago I walked in to Loanmax and was greeted with big smiles and a loud welcome. It was really nice because you don’t get that when you walk into stores. Now I want to say I walked in there by accident because I was actually thinking I was walking into the office of the garage next door so I want to say I didn’t get a loan but if I ever need one I would recommend Loanmax. Not just because they gave me coupons where I can refer people there and get money but because they were so welcoming and nice. You just don’t get great service like that everywhere you go.

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to get you approved. Rates are high though as with any fast cash loan. Fast payoff is best to avoid accruing so much interest. Highly recommend for those in a financial emergency.

So this was my first time doing a title loan I was very scared very nervous. But the staff here so loving and welcoming they really help me through the entire process we assured me that they would do everything they could do to assist me!
