I highly highly recommend Katie for all your home financing needs. Recently my husband and I were in the process of purchasing a home in CA. Originally we had been strong armed into using a different lender and boy was that a mistake. The other loan services had our information for 3 weeks and could not get us approved by and underwriter. The sellers of our home were 3 days from pulling out of our deal, which would have meant us losing 20k. Katie stepped in at the 11th hour, got us conditionally approved by an underwriter in less than 48 hours and saved our deal! Katie kept us informed about the process and all of our options along the way. If I had questions she got right back to me with a response. She made the process of buying a home quick, easy and enjoyable. I cannot thank Katie enough for her hard work! I will never work with any other loan servicer, katie is the best!

Brian Garrett is the best in the business! My husband and I went into buying our first home with next to no knowledge of the process. It was all very overwhelming until we met Brian. Jaime Del Ruth does a great job. She should be commended for responding to emails and phone calls after hours. I would recommend her for promotion as she shows more caring and attentiveness than the loan officer we were working with.

Unfortunate experience with loan depot. They sold our loan and never notified us. So, our on time automatic payments were rejected and we found out because my credit score went down over 100 points. We take our credit and paying on time very seriously! They sent mail to the wrong address and even admitted they received returned mail. They also admitted they had received our new address awhile ago but were sending to the old address. They were not helpful on the phone at all or at least empathetic! Look elsewhere for home loans as we will be working on getting our credit fixed for awhile now!

Service here was very quick, smooth, and simple. The staff here are, especially Katie and Derek, were a pleasure to work with and they made a home buying process a very enjoyable one here in Central Oregon. Their rates are amongst the best, if not better than most other places we looked into. The communication during the loan process was superb and very easy going. They are very knowledgeable and efficient with VA loans as well, so if you are a veteran, or anyone looking for a lender, definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed!
