We've just moved to the area though during a previous visit opened accounts with this branch. We loved the atmosphere and professionalism - especially Mara - of the employees. They were quite helpful in getting our banking concerns moved from southwest Virginia to Bend. Great job.

US Bank is great although this particular branch is TERRIBLE. Such a shame. I would recommend opening your account at a different branch!

Super convenient location downtown. Easy to get in and out. Always greeted the moment I walk in and everyone is super pleasant and helpful. They are a full service branch and can help you with all your banking needs from small business loans, mortgages and practically everything under the sun!

People at the bank are great. The bank itself is awful. $36 over draft fees, .50 check deposit fees, $20 to accept an incoming wire, and the dreaded ATM fees... This is the typical big bank brick and mortar experience. Nickled and dimed to death. If you're looking for a new checking account try a brokerage firm that offers banking. They literally do not charge you for anything except to send (not receive) a wire. I spoke with US Bank over the phone for the last time today and I cant tell you how happy I am to get all my bill pays transferred over to a new account. Only wish I did it sooner.
