This is the worst company ever. They cant even process a loan payment the correct way. Not only have I've been waiting over 2 months to get a refund of my escrow taxes from my paid off home, they can't follow simple instructions of how the funds should be disbursed. Then i call and ask for a supervisor and I'm waiting 4wks for someone to call me back. Please be aware! Save yourself the aggravation and the possibility of not receiving your money. Look for a reputable company before you use them. However Kuddos to the only person there named David. After for calling them for months. weeks and wasting several hours he seemed to have rectified the situation.
