Larry has been top notch. His positive and interpersonal touch has been very helpful in getting us through our first home purchase. The whole time he gave clear and direct information that we needed. We had come from another loan originator that might get back to us and might not. Larry gave us his direct line and communicated through text message and text us with information we needed in very timely manner without leaving us wondering. Very unhappy after two weeks in to the process we were told loan depot could not and would not carry through with our long, leaving us in the wind to find another lender. Very unhappy. I well say Cliff Rains is a very good agent. Also you said our mobile home was to old and you new the age of our home from the start.

We were in a bind with a VA mortgage USAA said they wouldn't be able to complete because they could not handle our particular situation. This happened very late into the loan process and it seemed we were going to lose our house. Luckily our realtor talked with his loan advisor from when he bought a house , about our situation and she was much more familiar with how to handle it. She was able to get us to the finish line and without her I guess we would still be living with relatives. Buying a house was so stressful, I am just glad we were lucky.

We had been looking for houses where we live in Phoenix and working with another loan company and realtor here. I got a promotion and the loan office transferred me to their team that covered Nashville and that team was unresponsive, didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable or thorough when addressing our circumstances. Our realtor had worked with Jim before and sent him my information and writhing 2 hours we had more information and more answers than we had in a week and a half with the last team. Has been super helpful and accommodating during a very stressful process. It’s great knowing this aspect of the move and home buying process has been made so easy.

I told the first person I talked to that I had no confidence in this refinance since I had tried 3 other companies. Loan Depot made it work and made it look easy. I was very impressed with the service they offer and how easy it was to do compared to other mortgage companies. Plus I made a new friend of the first pet I talked to as we had a lot in common.

As a matter of fact, when I was ready to be done because I felt defeated, Mark and Drew made me realize that I could get this done. And, to top it off, I never once had to ask what Mark or Amy or Drew were asking for because they were very straight forward and spoke clearly on what documents they needed. They processed all documents quickly and responded quickly when I had questions. I would recommend Mark Rood for your next mortgage and Drew Johnson to help you buy or sell your home! Fantastic experience.! Cliff Rains, of Loan Depot, is a Loan Officer Extraordinaire. A mortgage Superman, if you will.! I've purchased 8 homes and have been through 4 refinances. This experience with Cliff was absolutely painless. He was always on top of things and is absolutely fantastic when it comes to COMMUNICATION..! This is where many other companies are lacking.! Cliff should teach classes on the topic with major corporations using his expertise! He's AMAZING.! In addition, he helped me with a spot on my credit that shouldn't have even been there. I figured that it would be a fight with the company and was hoping to clear it up on my own before my loan was to close. I naturally wanted the best interest rate for my loan. Yet, again, Cliff to the rescue and he graciously took on the job of clearing it for me! It caused my credit score to go back up from 650 to the 800's where it had been for many years. Kudos Cliff.! First off, Glennis Taveras was amazing. She was always available to me when I had questions. As a first time refinance customer, I wasn't sure what to expect and had been through the ringer since October trying to get this done.
