The VA loan was funded within 45 days, which we appreciated as first-time buyers. I believe that deal could have been closed in less than 30 days if the seller's realtor had submitted the inspection report promptly.

At 1st I was skeptical, was always given an excuse that Credit Score had to be a certain number even when using a VA Loan.
