I was attracted to loanDepot from how personal the television commercials were. The level of customer service, patience and warm feeling seen in the commercial was given to me by Charlotte Machado. My Mom passed away unexpectedly during my working with Charlotte and she made me feel like all was ok during her consultation with me.
