I’d highly recommend Cahaba Mortgage. I was buying my first house and doing it without a realtor. Cahaba Mortgage went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. They answered my random questions and guided me through the whole process even when they didn’t have to. I appreciate every bit of it more than I can say. When we began our search for our new home, we were referred to Cahaba Mortgage by our realtor. We requested information and were contacted in less than a day by Josh Hefty. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get us pre-approved in a very short amount of time. We had many questions for him and he was always willing and quick to respond. We did have a few set backs due to unfortunate errors, but Josh was in constant communication throughout the process and corrected the errors and set things right. I emailed Josh to ask him about a homestead tax issue that I was having. He not only returned our call and answered my question, he also recommended that I look at refinancing our home to save money. Josh could have ignored my email and moved on. He did the opposite. He saved our family a lot of money by making a suggestion that he did not have to make.
