I would give zero stars if I could. I reached out to loan depot on 2/8/22 to consider my options for refinancing, I spoke with Manny who was professional and polite we discussed that I was contacting multiple places seeking the best deal for me. Since that day I have received at least 3 calls per day from a loan depot representative. If I sent the calls to voicemail they would sometimes call right back. I refuse to do business with a company that hounds people and tries to force them into a very large decision.

Loan Depot is the worst!!!! Bought my home last year and they have not paid my property taxes in a year! Been in contact with customer service every couple of weeks since last November. Called and sent tax notices by fax starting in November 2018 with first notice, second notice and default notice! Have all the names of reps and managers that were suppose to note my account and send payment but did NOTHING! It took me to be in default and doing my own leg work and research to see what happed with payments? To find out it was an error of Loan Depot back in November 2018? I had to do everything myself to try and fix the problem myself and yet my mortgage payments made every month and money put in impound account to pay my taxes on time! No notices or contact from Loan Depot at any time with error on my account, left messages with Managers of Property Tax dept and no calls back! Finally with the help from Sac County Property tax office got information and gave it to Loan Depot. Still till today Sac County has not received payment that was suppose to be expedited 10/9/19???? Will be leaving Loan Depot as soon as I can!!!!

Jamal is amazing got me as many lender credits as possible and an amazing interest rate for a first time home buyer this was a large learning curve that he made a subtle and easy as possible best home loan company in Sacramento

I have used Loan Depot for a refinance and had a great experience. However when trying to purchase a home through Loan Depot it has been a complete failure. I attempted to connect with the broker multiple times with no success. We communicated via text a couple time and I received a quote for rate and fees via text but not the information was never posted to my LD account online. I complained to customer service and was assured that I would receive a call back.... Still nothing. I lost out on a house I was bidding for because I did not receive the pre-qual letter I requested. If you are looking to buy a house, FORGET these guys you will lose it. They are slow, terrible with customer service and not reliable.

Terrible company. Uses spam callers to get your information. Don't perpetuate predatory selling practices!

Jamal Akbar from loan depot was exceptional he went above and beyond to make the customer happy he has an exceptional understanding of the process and made it as smooth as can be he got the best interest rate available and as many lender credits as possible we were impressed with Jamal we would refer to anyone looking for a home loan GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Should have stayed IMortgage, service was 100% better then, Loan Depot is terrible
