I purchased my condo in January of this year and JJ and team were great! I was newly divorced and had just sold our home with my ex wife so my credit was not quite where I wanted it. Beyond spectacular. Our loan was originally started with another lender that was unable to complete the transaction due to the home not be a standard conforming situation. Because we had lost so much time with the original lender I contacted JJ in a panic and needing to close in under 20 days. JJ not only found our solution but was able to offer us a LOWER rate than the original lender within the deadline. Beyond that, the title company that was hired by the sellers agent was TERRIBLE and dragging their feet. JJ was calling them every 30 minutes to an hour to get the transaction completed. He was ABSOLUTELY on it. I cannot say enough good things about JJ and his team.
