The loan agent and processor were both very professional and helpful. They both were concerned about making sue messages were getting through and that I was able to do what needed to be done. The funding was super quick as well. I am very impressed with the quality of service.

They asked me to submit my documents 4 times with 4 different emails. Then I call the facility 3 times letting them know I submitted my documents only for them to tell me they will call back I did this at 9am this morning been waiting all day for a response and when you call the customer service representative acts like you can’t speak to anybody and all they can do is put notes on the account for somebody to call you back but I like I said I’ve called back three times and I still have yet to get any response I’m starting to think this is a scam especially considering all the personal information I put out there and submitted to the company

I'm going to the bbb and file a complaint and investigation also to the police and lawyer to file a report on fraud. I've been ghosted buy u guys I was almost approve and then when I send my last document i was told they will call me asap but I'm still waiting ive left losts off massages and no response for 3 weeks .I've send all my paper work and all my personal info...

I highly recommend Loan Center (Advance America). The website is user-friendly for uploading source docs to prove identity, income, vehicle info, etc. I applied and received approval in less than 24 hrs. They have a great team that worked together to get me funded for the amount I needed. Also, good email communication on loan progress, etc. They gave me a peace of mind during a time I really needed the funding.

They took my information as if they were going to give me a 3,500 personal loan based on a pre qualified offer. Ran my credit three times as an auto inquiry. Took all personal information including bank statements and a copy of ID front and back. Never gave me the Personal loan stop responding to emails after they got all my info and ran my credit. Do use them

Rocio was very nice and helpful no complaints there, the loan process was quick and easy, my only issue was I was in need a bit more than they were willing to loan ( I needed 8k they only could give me 4.5k ) on a classic car that Haggerty's values at 35k. but I was able to make it work. understandable that they can only do so much.
