We had to do a “mailed in” mortgage closing. Maria ensured all documents were properly signed, notarized, and witnessed. The documents were mailed out and scanned back properly without us having to worry about it. The money is well worth the peace of mind knowing the mortgage documents will get handled properly.

I came in to complete an I-9 form with an authorized agent, who was Francisca. She was very nice and helpful! The process was quick and efficient, though it is a bit pricy for how brief the interaction was. Otherwise I would recommend this business.
