Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Duke St, Alexandria

Right next to my home, 100ft walkable distance, respected and friendly staff, they do have drive thru ATM facility and free parking. I frequently visit and to pay my rents using cashier check and get cash from bank.

I went to do a wire transfer and took me 30 minutes with nobody getting to me so I left without conducting the business. Not they were busy; the 3 young men were just talking to each other and milling around. I will advise everybody to avoid that branch. I have been banking with Bank of America for over 30 years and I know they are better than this branch makes them look. A TERRIBLE experience

They are completely unable to handle any sort of rush. There were two very slow tellers, 12 people in line, and other staff there who seemed to know how to help the tellers but wouldn't open a new window. When asked about the lack of tellers, one of the staff said they should come before 11am before they got busy...thanks sir.

Great experience, Asad Khan is a great Relationship Manager. I recommend everyone see him for all your financial needs. He is very knowledgeable and treats his clients with excellence. I have referred some of my friends and family members to him and they are absolutely delighted with him. Thank you BOA for such a great representative at this location.

Came to this place for a transaction and employees treated me like I was a criminal and kept asking questions about my personal money and they passed me to three different agents. The lady didn’t know at all what she was supposed to do and meanwhile she had an attitude and was very rude. Don’t recommend this location at all. Don’t come here to ruin your day so Better to go to another one.

It’s ironic they send notice of not allowing parking from 9am to 5pm but towel all cars whenever they want. It’s one’s fault for parking there but seriously they could say it before doing s### .

This branch is super slow and has ridiculously long lines. There wqs only 1 teller during a busy time after lunch anf the manager wouldn't help and says the loan officer can't even though they are sitting around doing nothing. All the customers ate disgruntled. This is totally unacceptable for a business.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went there to open a business account and waited for 35 minutes without anyone even saying Hi to me. The bank "manager" was in his office directly behind, playing on his laptop the whole time. One of the so called bankers was on the phone the whole time. If this place is supposed to be doing business then BoA is in trouble. There's no "fair" in my grade, I would give it poor and below.

After years of banking (over 7yrs) at this location I was just informed that my commerical deposits will no longer be welcomed at the drive thru window. If you have ever been to this bank the parking is terrible and usually there is a backup inside that could take you over 1/2 (between parking if can find a spot and the line inside). As a small business owner I dont have the luxury of waiting. I will be moving my account shortly to a bank such as BB&T that does not have that requirement. Yes Im going to have to drive about a mile further. Oh forgot to mention when I called the bank manager (Atif) he could care less.

Horrible customer service! when you call a branch location, after a couple rings if nobody picks up an automated message comes on then hangs up on you. I called them and verified everything. Once I told them I will be having my POA come down to pick the statement up because Im not able to due to the fact Im handicapped, they denied it to me. They insisted I have to come down to get a letter stating I closed my BoA account. Reminder, my grandson is my POA so legally he has rights to all my personal accounts and etc. Go Wells Fargo or Chase. Drop these heartless bankers
