I never leave reviews but this experience is so worthy of one. I asked for a color (funny bunny) that is apparently impossible to find, and Danny knew what color would be closest to it right off the bat. Love that. Danny did probably the best manicure I've ever gotten! Took his time, detailed oriented, and you can tell he loves his craft. A walk in came in and he had to turn them away because every nail tech was working and he didn't want the walk in to wait a long time or rush my manicure like many other salons do. That won major points in my book. Danny is my new nail tech and deserves some praise and recognition for his beautiful work!

The BEST Nail Salon in Spokane , WA PERIOD! Mr Danny fit me in at the last minute & was very professional. My Gel Nails look BEAUTIFUL Ms Kelly did my Deluxe Lavender pedicure & I fell asleep at least 3 times. The Nail Salon is CLEAN, open & airy. Everyone is friendly and welcoming😊

Not sure how anyone can’t botch a pedicure so badly. Also, the main guy was combative. Walked out without finishing the services. Still paid $30 and feel like I need to scrub my feet.

Hardly write reviews, but the service I received here was spectacular. Treated myself to a deluxe pedicure and was falling asleep in the chair lol the foot/leg massage was well thought out and lengthy, the staff is extremely friendly and efficient (the woman helping me took the time to sanitize before and after every step of my service) and overall they surpassed all I was looking for in a nail salon, will be returning again and again

The salon was great at getting me in last minute. They gave me exactly what I wanted AND let me know if I break a nail, they'll fix it without charge. Great service in a calm environment.

I absolutely love this place! I always have a pleasant experience here and leave with nails that I am very pleased with. This is the only place in Spokane that I trust to do my nails.

The group here was super sweet and did an amazing job. I strongly suggest making an appointment because they are very busy, but the service and wait were worth it.

Very impressed, this was my first time here, I didn't have an appointment but was taken care of quickly! I think Danny was the one who did my nails, I didn't ask his name but he did an excellent job! You can tell he takes pride in his work and making his customers feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back!!!

I absolutely love this place! Danny does such a fantastic job on my nails every time. The other ladies are very sweet as well and always put the customer first, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. i’ve been coming here for months and they never disappoint me, my set looks amazing all the time thanks to loan mai nails (: a must try nail salon, highly recommend to everyone!

No wait for a walk-up pedicure. Staff are masked up which I appreciated (optional for guests). Chairs have GREAT massaging, and my tech did a fantastic job getting rid of my callouses/ cleaning everything up. When I chose the color, she painted one nail and asked me if I liked the color before continuing with the rest just to be sure. Love that attention to detail! I’ll definitely be back!

So I took my daughter her for mani/pedi and we both used the gel. Now I’m not sure if the technician I had was just inexperienced using the gel, but she didn’t do a great job and then had the nerve to charge me for a design because I used 2 colors. Not only that but I paid for a manicure and not sure if you can tell in the pictures but I still have dead skin and hangnails as if the service I paid for wasn’t even done. My daughter hates when I complain so I saved it for the review, lol. Furthermore we had an appointment and for some reason the customers that came in after us got helped while my daughters feet just soaked in the water, through not one , but 2 pedicures that came in after us, that right there was enough for me not to want to tip but what took the cake was the poor gel application and the fact I was charged for a design because I used multiple colors. When I didn’t tip the lady had the nerve to get an attitude! Do a job worth tipping so you can earn that tip! People think a tip should be automatically given, not with me you have to earn it, I’m not just going to give you my money. Won’t ever go to that salon again, not that I live in the area anyways. By the way this was just 3 days ago…

I had never gone to this nail salon before, but I should have because this place is awesome! Me and my friend went for her birthday. There was no wait usually at this place, pretty common I hear. So over all I have to say she did a wonderful job! She made sure to be gentle and observant when giving me gelled nails. She just took her time to make sure it was just what I wanted and was friendly with me. I appreciate a nice quality place like this one! Thank you ❤
