Just received a loan estimate from them. They are charging $2k to $4k for just the loan origination fee (sub $200k loan and 750 credit score). Other lenders I went to are charging $900 to $1,500. They should be considered a predatory lender. Further, they provide the loan estimate on an Excel spreadsheet and not on standardized loan estimate. Stay away.
