Love love love the professionalism in this location. It is never slow here and Everyone is always willing to help the Customers. Good team effort from my perspective.

They open at 9 am Got there at 845 am just for the lady to tell me I had to make appointment Came to the one in beltway n beechnut 👍

Delete that sits next to the teller who notarize racially profiled me. The teller told her I needed a notary. I came around the corner and set down and once she notice I was black she told me she couldn't do it. I ask her why, she was not trying to here me with her attitude. One minute leater i was up from her desk and felt I was racially profiled and she didn't want to put her name on nothingfrom me or my business. There customer seris always bad.

So today i was an hour late for my appointment with Ms.Bui and when i went it immediately she greeted me! Did not have to wait too long until Ms.Truong took over since Ms.Bui was very busy with other clients! I dont think the bad comments/reviews in this bank are true. Everyone was nice and asked if I needed assistance while waiting for only a few minutes! the process was quick and easy! If there was extra stars to give id give it! Thank you!

Always a problem at this bank. ATM won't accept cash. Now today it won't dispense cash. Then they wouldnt accept a deposit into an account because I wasnt on the account but they accepted money the last 4 times? Tellers are nice but won't visit here again.

Great service by Tim and everyone is so welcoming!!! And to add the first branch where the manager is actually assisting out in lobby not behind the desk. Directs traffic flow,answers questions to the elderly

It’s kind of weird to put the review for Chase since I use another bank. I happened to visit this location to help out my friend. The parking here is kinda crowded. They have drive through ATM and i am actually dont know if they have ATM outside. There are two ATMs inside. Anyway, first impression, the customer service was best. I was confused a bit but I received the offer of help from the team right the way. When we finished, I just said “thank you” and the whole team whoever heard me, stopped and said “thank you” back to me. I was surprised cause they are not only helpful but also kind and polite. Now I’m considering to open a Chase account because of them.....

Been to this branch many times. Service always good. Parking lot sometimes a real challenge.

Whenever i go its a problem. Today San San Trong cashbox#9. She tried to keep my change, saying goodbye have a nice day. I said just a moment. I confirmed the amount i had given her and asked for my change.

Nice and new looking location with friendly staff and a big drive-thru area. But it's heavily trafficked so if you try to come around lunchtime or rush-hour there will be no place to park. The parking lot is tiny!
