Loan Express River St, Haverhill

Went there 2015 December it was the quickest I've ever gotten into any new or used car. About 2 days after my app & giving the proofs needed they verified my and co -sign's income, references, they had me sign papers for about 45 min, checked insurance, paid 2k down & then I was done. Chrysler took over my payments so it was a middle man place who got commissions for sales but they made it work for me by getting me in although it was a bit more month than I wanted by 130$ only. 630 mth instead of 500 an down was 2000.00 so even with that I didn't think I would be so lucky for a brand new car 5 mile current year loaded lux sedan $32k w no credit... just job & w2s or 1nor 2 mth paystubs ur all set ... selection was small but new from HARR dealers. Thanks... they are wonderful sales guys, good work. I would go again if they hadn't moved/closed for another time and refer people if I figure it out.

If you ever need a title loan I would suggest them any day, very fair and competitive prices. They know what customers want

Rude and incredibly unprofessional. Their idea of customer service is hanging up on you. Mason is incompetent. Luckily I got my money back, but not comparable to the amount of my time that was completely wasted- purposely by the people who work here. Simply put, don't go here. Save yourself the aggravation.
