The purchaser of my home used Livingston Lending, Tim Lopez. Was by far the worst experience. We were told 3 different Fridays and finally a Wednesday, that we were cleared to close. 2 hours before scheduled closing on a Friday, Tim stated the lender needed another document, which would postpone closing yet again. Took until Wednesday the following week to have his documents in order. From an original closing date of October 13, 2020 , finally closed November 19th. If you think you're dealing locally, think again. The lender was in California. Communication with Tim was deplorable. Favorite saying was, should be soon, and definitely by tomorrow. I would recommend going anywhere else for your mortgage!!

Most unethical lender I’ve ever used. Shared my personal info with a 3rd party without my approval. Communication was horrible the entire time. Do not use Tim Lopez . Go elsewhere!
