    This title company did not clearly read our contract to order the survey we requested in the real estate contract, and also never issued the Home Warranty in the contract, despite many times asking for these items. Now we have had many repairs out of pocket, and turns out our home is encroaching on a neighbor's lot. Incompetence at it's worst, or possibly fraud. Sue Harmon also was difficult to reach by phone and did not return calls, a nightmare throughout the whole process. I have bought and sold many homes and never run into this type of incompetence at a title company. Don't use this company unless you are searching for financial ruin!
