LibertyOne Credit Union E Lamar Blvd, Arlington

Great bank with horrible system issues/updates that happen almost every weekend. I can't transfer money from my savings to checking account. This has happened several times and has caused me major inconveniences. I'm currently stuck at the oil change place waiting on my wife to bring her card because I can't transfer my money from one account to another. I'm on the verge of closing all accounts and finding another credit union. This makes absolutely no sense at all. Please fix your systems.

LibertyOne has been the best thing that ever happened to my husband and me. They are always there for us. They are fast and efficient and make it so very easy to move money or fill out the paperwork on a loan. I would recomment them to anyone who wants a friendly and helpful financial institution and one where they know your name and face.

The customer service from this location/ credit union is TERRIBLE! They lie to you, and misled you. They talk bad and belittle their customers, they act as if life situations cannot happen. They are not willing to help at all. Also, Jennifer Kahan (Loan Supervisor) is HORRIBLE, how could you pinpoint on what a customer can get after you have approved them for a auto loan for $15,000. I will NOT refer this company to anyone, if you can find a better credit union please do so, it's plenty out there. I hope this review helps you from making the same mistake I did with this company.

This is the best Credit Union In Arlington and Dallas. My daughter and grand daughter have become members as well, and we all love our LibertyOne Credit Union. Over 20 years of service and don't plan to change. Keeps getting Better.

I went there today to open a new checking and savings accounts and the lady there (forgot her name) went above and beyond to help me. She was very courteous, friend and proffessional! She made me feel at home. She took all her time to explain to me every step. Very happy member.

The staff I have dealt with has been great. They have helped me get things done when I've had to go into a branch. It is easy to access for those of us living in the Ft Worth/Arlington areas.
