Great selection on hand, very helpful owner. Sales and finance staff could be more helpful. I basically had to make my sale go through as staff was not attentive enough going the extra mile as sales people should. I'm not hearing good things on service pricing which is a concern now, definitely get a price quote for any work being done to avoid surprises.

Went in to do a deal on my personal bike. Wayne helped me out immediately and offered great service. Once Robert finished up with a customer came and checked everything out with fantastic customer service. When it came time to talk money, offered a very solid price for my bike and shortly after cut the check. Very professional and easy going. When its time to get my next motorsport toy to play with, they will be my first stop! Great group of honest people.

I walk in to the store and there’s a gentlemen sitting with a computer in front of him looking down at his phone and get zero acknowledgment, i did not mind as perhaps he was busy with something important i walked around looking at the atv’s in the showroom and not a employee in sight. I walked towards the front to see if perhaps the gentleman would at least look up and ask if i needed help and negative never said anything nor looked up so i decided to walk out and thought to myself this was not the dealer to buy from.

I came in to get some gear for my first bike and Robert was amazing!!! He fully explained how pick my gear and answered all my questions thoroughly! Will definitely be coming back!!!

It all started with a phone call looking for a Yamaha dealer in the DFW area I felt I could trust, and I was not disappointed. I were greeted as soon as I entered and was immediately directed to where I wanted to go after telling the person what I was looking for. My transaction experience was positive, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I will gladly drive further to Arlington Motorsports than a shop closer to home because of the personal experience I encountered today.

This place is great!! Always helpful and professional. I have been buying ATV parts and tires from them for a few years. Never had an issue. I also like that, even as a female, I don’t get talked down to or treated negatively as I have other places when I ask a question about a part. Keep up the great job y’all are doing!

I needed a tire change and unfortunately the shops i usually use close at 5pm and this place closes at 7pm so I said why not give them a try.I had a previous issue with the parts department a few years ago when they gave me the wrong part. Happens we all make mistakes no hard feelings,this time the issue is just simply price gouging and ethics.I took my wheels and new tires to the shop for mounting.I was told go to the service department with my items for assistance. I was than told they would mount my new tires and remove the old tires but it takes 45mins.this seemed odd to me ive owned many motorcycles over 10years and never had to wait that long. especially with the rims and tires off the bike already its literally just a tire change takes 10mins a tire.So i leave come back 45mins later and than im told the price is $108.So im shocked and confused at this point.Im thinking its incorrect and they're charging me as if they had to take the wheels off the bike and install them after the tire change.I was charged 1 hour labor estimate 96.00 before taxes among other chargers.this is just ridiculous,most shops do the same job for $15-25 dollars.I would definitely not recommend this shop,its many other shops around with better ethics and business practices.

I was prepared to give Arlington Motorsports 5 Stars however, their service department got me when I mentioned I don't ride often. I purchased a tire from them and then they charged me $122 to put the tire on. I called a couple of other places while they installed the tire...and found a couple of other shops only charging $60. I brought this to their attention however it feel on deaf ears and then the excuses. I totally assume all the blame for this lesson learned. Nice team however, my advice would be to defiantly call a couple of other shops before swiping that card.

The salesmen don't even want to make sales. So uncaring. So lazy. So rude. Made a point of discouraging me from buying.

This location ROCKS! Hit up three locations Arlington and two others. People where cool, but I needed someone to be cool and work with me as well and answer questions and get back to me ASAP! Victoria in financing was with me the whole time Answering all my questions and getting me the best deal. Robert came through and set up a delivery. Tony 1 delivered! Thanks Man! These people are great and patience and straight forward if you need a ride this is the place. After I get my bike I had to go back to do a few things had told them one date and show up 4 days later and never get a phone call from them saying anything or trying to force me to come in or anything they let me feel like I was home in the hold process. Thank you Rosa and Robert and my salesman was great just can't remember his name.

Called to schedule an appointment for battery service but wanted to know if my battery was in stock before I scheduled. Service center placed me on hold and after 15 minutes I hung up. In person they may be OK but their phone service needs a little work.

Bought this beautiful crf 450 used about a week ago and the second time I tried to start it up the battery is dead so I took it to the Honda and Kawasaki dealer to see about the battery and they told me the battery bad when I took the battery out the dirt bike this is how they had everything thing rigged with a piece of paper in there for some reason I’m very disappointed I called them to see if they could do anything about my battery being bad and they said they could see if they can charge it I told them I already tried at the Honda dealership and he kept trying to say that I probably left the bike on the bike is electric start it’s not hard to turn on and off then he said it’s your first dirt bike you still learning. I told yes it’s first dirt purchasing but I’m very familiar with them so we went back and forth about it and they couldn’t do anything about a bad battery Warning! don’t go to the sales guy Tony he does very bad business if you do decide to go purchase a nice toy from them and I have insurance and they say it covers all electrical but not my battery Wow

They made buying my dream bike, one of the most pleasant experiences ever. I live in Baltimore MD and seen a Yamaha Raider on the website. I left a message via the website and got a call immediately! They got my financing and worked with a title company in Baltimore to get everything done. When I had a company pickup my bike they went above and beyond to make sure that the transaction went smoothly. They sent me pictures of my bike on the truck & the drivers information. I notified them when I received my bike and we exchanged pleasantries. On the 1st nice weekend I received a text asking how I liked the bike. Now that is personal customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!

Check pricing!!! Got a quote and it was over 10% more on a $14,000 MSRP machine. I think the same thing is happening in this market as it is in the auto industry. You have some dealers selling at MSRP and then some that are adding extras that cannot be taken off. Does a car dealer add freight onto MSRP? How about unloading it off a truck? these guys do though and Polaris confirmed that all of these things are included when they quote MSRP. Found a dealer in OK. (Jones) that is selling at MSRP and 1 other in DFW area. For $1500 I will drive an hour.

I just purchased a Yamaha Waverunner. They really worked with me. Honestly were surprising patient, giving me time to work out the logistics. When it came time to take delivery, I was quiet. umm…” apprehensive“ about sending my wife, on a mission to tow this behind my truck. However Victoria and the GM Robert really stepped up helped my wife, not just loading the watercraft on my trailer but repositioning the bunks changing the weight distribution, making it safer. In this day and time, don’t expect to see a GM outside adjusting someone else’s trailer. That level of concern really comes down to someone’s individual character. Robert and Arlington Powersports. The entire staff at Arlington Motorsports were super helpful in my first time scooter purchase of a Kymco Super 8 50cc vehicle in August of 2019. My Wife and I share one car, and I have been bicycling to work for 8 years. We decided to buy a scooter to make my commute easier. The owner, sales manager and repair technician all were extremely helpful, patient and informative in discussing options and getting me set up with the right scooter for my needs. They helped me purchase accessories (cover, helmet, jacket) and took time to orient me to how to use/upkeep the scooter before I rode off. This last orientation was very nice, since I had never ridden a scooter/motorcycle before. They have also been very nice in my first maintenance visit (300 mile OLF). Highest recommendations.

I recently purchased a used XT-250 bike for me from Robert. Absolutely wonderful guy that went way beyond to not only make sure the bike was ok and in great shape, but, to make sure l knew all about the bike and required service. Most importantly showed me how to load and unload the bike, plus then worked with me to load it by myself 👍👍👍👍👍 Although Arlington Motorsports is not at all close or convenient to me, l will load up the bike to make sure l service & buy the accessories from Robert and his dealership 🙏

Picked up my 2014 ZX14 on 6/6/2020. (DREAM BIKE GOAL ACHIEVED!!) My Experience with Arlington Motorsports was nothing short of AMAZING! Robert (Sales manager) is a very cool guy, easy to talk to and was very helpful. My saleswoman though was Victoria. And WOW pretty much sums her up. She does it all! Talked with her from start to finish. She took care of my questions, Got me answers and did all my financing. If she didn't know the answer she sure found out real quick and got back with me promptly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the 2 hour drive there was worth it 100%. Never had experience buying a bike out of state but it was rough.. wired 5k and didn’t hear from for 2 days at least. They didn’t understand paper work and having e-signatures and were going to have to mail it back and forth, luckily they figured it out. The sales rep wouldn’t even include the better tires for the bike ($50 more, yes only $50) on a 10k purchase paid in full. The title was also incorrect and my dmv wouldn’t accept it because the last 1 to 2 people didn’t sign it, the dealership did... luckily I was able to do it myself bc mailing it back to them to do it right would be a hassle. Although I won’t be buying another bike from them since I’m out of state most likely, I advise you do not either.

Complete waste of time. Had no problems before purchasing. Bought my first bike from there. Had 3,960 cash to buy a 3499 item. But they told me I couldn’t because credit history was derogatory which is a lie. What a joke to a cash buyer whose trying to buy out the bike. I’ll take my cash and business elsewhere from now on and wouldn’t have gave them my business the first time.

Sold my bike to them. It was quick and painless, they also gave me what I asking for it.
