When arriving for our appt. staff didn't introduce herself. She wasn't friendly or aware of our appt. Second person approached us with no introduction. She was not friendly. Later we texted the person who made the appt. she never responded. We returned to sign documents for closing...

Awesome experience closing on home through here. They had covid shields and process was explained and very helpful staff! Office was nice, in and out in 45 minutes even with a few minutes of goofing around.

Extremely poor communication and follow through. Couldn't get straight or accurate information relating to an escrow agreement. Had to call back continually and was sent to voicemail regularly when I knew the people I wished to talk to were in the office. Would recommend avoiding them if you have the option.
Hi Paul, We take customer service very seriously and are disappointed that you had a difficult experience. However, with Escrow Agreements, we as a title company have little to no control over timing and completion. Liberty Title's role is limited in regard to escrow funds, as we may only release these funds upon agreement of all parties involved. If those said parties do not agree, there is little that we can do as a title company.
