Horrible! They never filed my taxes with no explanation only excuses. Looking at 4k plus in interest and penalties. Luckly for me, I am employed by a business tax attorney.

I've gotten my taxes done there, I'd recommend it. They do their best each time. Customer service is good, they do NOT have an in with the IRS, so please don't harass them if you want info, just call the IRS. As soon as your taxes get done, they'll call you. Ask what promotions are available, they'll tell you. Ask for MaryAnne, she is a veritable guru and one heck of a expert at tax prep. All the office staff are good, but she's the queen bee! I've worked there before too, they treat staff really well and it doesn't matter how low on the totem pole staff is, they treat you like you matter. I'm not getting paid for writing this, I just want more people to know how awesome Liberty Tax Service is. "Have fun, get your taxes DONE!!"

Took more money out of my account than I was told. Messed my address up so I had to be on the phone with the IRS for an hour and a half trying to fix their mistakes. Opened a bank account in my name to have money put it that one instead of my own. Totally irresponsible. Would not recommend going to this place at all.

Place is absolutely horrible, worst place to get taxes done very non professional, charged way too much for a turbo tax place. I would highly recommend going somewhere else save yourself some money and get somebody that is professional. I will never go back big mistake. I had my taxes done on a Thursday and here Monday morning, they can’t even find my paperwork!! They keep telling me they will call me back!!! This is unacceptable!! If I could give negative ten stars believe me I would!

My 2019 taxes were done here. For some reason the IRS never received my taxes and Liberty Tax Services has ignored or refused to help me fix the issue for months. Dont throw your money away like I did.

Nice enough staff. You might do fine doing basic taxes with them but if you are itemizing it gets Super expensive fast and they don't tell you anything about the cost until they have all of your information. This may be no big deal to some but I am leary about giving that much personal information to a person then canceling the whole thing and then wondering if all my information is in fact removed from their records. The upside of this place is they have been there a long time so they aren't a fly by night operation.

Great customer service and absolutely helpful will use them again
