Liberty Tax Social St, Woonsocket

this location has been my to-go spot for years now! They are always friendly and professional & very thorough. I am happy to familiar faces each year. I always get the impression that they really care about what they do, and their clients. If you need a place to do your taxes! Come here!

I usually file my taxes myself however this year seem a lot more difficult. Liberty tax was very helpful and fast. The service was great ! I highly recommend everyone to check them out ! Great customer service

Poor service, personal tax info discussed with me could be overheard by other customers! Cost for taxes was high compared to other places ! I have gone there for a many years but will not be returning!

Very Great !!! I had asked lots of questions and got back helpful answers and tips about how taxes are how they run. Overall I will be going to them over and over again with no problems I highly recommend them

My first time at Liberty tax … was a good experience. The whole process took 45 minutes. The preparer was patient and professional. The fee surprised me since I had been paying much less previously at a different office. All in all I was satisfied. I called the office about 30 mins after I left to tell them if I could come back to use the 30% off coupon I forgot I had in my purse when I was there, I She refused to honor it and said she had already taken the 30% off!!! Not truthful! This place is close to my house and convenient, I was planning on sending in some friends but I will not be sending friends, or returning myself. It’s sad they had to lose about three customers that day.

I have been coming liberty tax for the past 3 yrs. Each year I come in an get seen in only moments. They are always exceeding my expectations very helpful with answering questions. Dog water. I still have issues doing taxes with them. They take my money no problem for the fee while I'm still waiting on mine. doesn't make any sense
