Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) John A Cummings Way, Woonsocket

The worst bank I’ve ever been to. I rushed to get there and got there right On time, and security almost tackled me. Very unprofessional, if I could give a bank zero stars I’d do so. By the way, your bill will be in the mail for wasting my time. I’ve been a loyal customer for 12 years and this particular branch might just have pushed me over the edge. Thanks, account ending 1520

Wish I could give 0 rating. Some tellers are nice but they got the worst and meanest teller possible. Avoid any teller named Deb or Debbie. The biggest issue is the software and network the bank uses not updating what is or isn't processing well but we had the customer service line on call with us and saying the bank account has money in it from bouncing for not having enough and since the account is closed we would need to be handed the money and somehow I wound up putting more money into an account I cant access for the money to be in the void of whatever waiting to show. I understand since it is closed they legally have to send a check but I have Bill's and want to have it handled not wait 14 to 20 something days cause it takes them a week to see this bank location did not issue us our money and they closed the account a day prior before the money wound back into the account.

$8 fee to cash a small BANK OF AMERICA check, then they wonder why I won't open an account there. I'd rather not get nickle and dimmed by my financial institution. Crooks! This was after I waited in line for 30mins because they only had one teller working on a Friday! Bank with E*Trade, they refund you any ATM paid to pathetic banks like this. STAY AWAY!

The absolute WORST bank I've ever had. What bank doesn't allow you to close your account in person???? They don't want to take care of you face to face so they have one or two tellers on while someone else directs as many people possible to the ATM. Let the freakin machine do YOUR job,. Nice

I feel very disappointed with the bank located in Woonsocket.. bad service, you wait to much in line waiting to see a teller , every time is the same thing;specially with the teller Debra… uff she take to much.. I hope they can fix it..

We had a wonderful experience here. Very friendly staff and outstanding customer service. Justin D'Antonio and Judith Gaulin helped my family open new accounts and took care of all the questions that we had. I appreciate the help very much.

I had bad day!!! went to this bank to get help from the Public notary they didn't what to help just because i wasnt y bank of America customer thats called Discrimination!!! She didnt evan came out to see me in frist place so the guy that works there was the one to ask me if i had an account with them i said no, so he said then go to my bank im like really yous are doing Exception of people just because i dont have an account thats not right!!!!! I dont know if they know what a pueblic notary, A retail bank notary public isn't allowed to charge a notary fee, not even to a non-customer. Everyone can walk into a bank and demand free notary services from the staff even if they don't have an account. As with other bank services, customers do not care about notary law and only want “good customer service.... Bad service they have....

The Bank manager is incredibly friendly. She always tries to assist customers waiting in line using the ATM machine. The downfall is there is always a wait, not enough staff for this site. It's not fair to the customers or the over worked employees!

Often very understaffed, often the teller wait is around 20 mins. They know well in advance when the high traffic days and times, yet often most terminals are closed. I've even had to wait over 20 mins to use the ATM. Over all the place is clean open and large, and bank management are always offering help to those in line. there is also a convenient drive through ATM as well.

Ok Quality branch. I been in much better. No customer service welcome you or walk you with some help.
