Great people!!!!! Nicole and John are both wonderful people to deal with. This is the third year they’ve done my taxes with many to come. I usually don't write reviews for services, but wanted to take the time to review Liberty Tax. Everything about their service is top notch! Beautiful store with friendly preparers who are very knowledgeable and professional. Jon and Nicole, a husband and wife team are the owners. Jon has been doing taxes for a number of years and Nicole, a former teacher is in charge of running the day to day operations. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. They offered me beverages, snacks and chocolate! They even had a "Kids Corner" in case a family had to bring their children in while they had their taxes done. The best part was my taxes were done with ease and they were done right! No letters from the IRS this year. Stop in and give Liberty Tax a try...you will be happy you did!

We had a wonderful experience having our taxes prepared at Liberty Tax Service in Traverse City. Despite having multiple W-2s per person and plenty of other forms, Marjorie was finished with our preparation in less than an hour. She and the owners are very knowledgeable, friendly, and good at what they do!

I was referred to Liberty Tax by a co-worker and I'm so glad I went. The owners are husband and wife and Jon has been a CPA for many years. It was a very friendly and welcoming environment. I had my taxes completed by Liberty with a little skepticism. A friend of mine went there last year and said it was a nightmare, but I spoke to one of the owners at a fundraiser and he seemed to know taxes. He did, as did everyone else in the office. Apparently Jon and Nicole are new owners and have really done a nice job turning the business around. Taxes were done fast, cheap and I got snacks......I highly recommend Liberty Tax Service.
