Been using them for over a year now and have never had a bad visit yet. One time that really sticks out is how far they will go for customers. I had made a partial payment and had gotten a short extention for the rest. However something had gone wrong and my colateral check had gone through when I didn't pay on the first due date. The owner had called me that day and said this had happened. Then had offered to take time out of his day to put the difference back into my bank account as well as pay any fees for the overdraft if any. It's nice to see that there are companys that will do this for customers.

Everyone in this office was so friendly and the process was quick. The only issue that I had, was that the amount that I was eligible to borrow was much lower than other places by almost $200. So depending on what you needed, that could make the difference on whether it meets the needs of your emergency or not. Other than that, I highly recommend.
