Amazing and fast service. Worked all they could for me to receive the. Max and pay type lowest amount possible. Ralista was great and very personable. Big smile always.. this is the first time I use Liberty and I will continue, especially at the Berryville Avenue location!

Unfortunately my details are limited and perhaps the tax preparers are good here however as I was about to walk out of the house to get taxes done I received a call stating the preparer would be late but I could be seen at 11 instead of 10am. When I arrived the office was still closed we waited until 30 after our appointment time and rescheduled with a different company. I get things happen, but it is unprofessional to call and reschedule that morning, but then to not answer the phone when I called that number back to even get an I’m sorry it’ll be a little longer. It was such a waste of my time off and the whole morning. Edit: I just received a call from the lady who runs liberty tax and she apologized for the confusion and misunderstanding. I did appreciate it and it’s much more than most companies would do.
