I was a first time buyer and got CBM's info from Google. I filled out the short application on the website and they got back to me within 48 hours. I was set up with Forrest, who was prompt, knowledgeable and cheerful throughout the loan process. I was able to upload or email all documents and did not have to make any trips over to their building. Forrest was easy to get on the phone on a daily basis, and he even came to my closing with a gift! The whole thing took less than 2 months and went very smoothly. I am very satisfied and would recommend CBM.
