This company is so incompetent, rude and disrespectful! The most recent call, Bob (supposedly the Supervisor) hung up on my Son after waiting over 40 minutes. I watched my Son call them from the time they opened until an hour before closing. He was on hold for over 40 minutes each call and was not told the right information. Update my Son made his 6th phone call because Bob didn't tell him the correct information again. Tomorrow, we'll see if Liberty follows through. Update....Well, my Son doesn't have to wait until tomorrow. Bob did the right thing and gave my Son the information he needed to fill out his taxes.

My service representative Kris was very helpful and efficient when it came down to getting my taxes done. I would definitely ask for her if you come in!

This place is the worst. Did my taxes wrong 3 times. didnt want to give me a refund because they filed 3 ammended returns. Hello it was your fought you had to file the ammended returns. Talked to the owner and he was rude with me and hung up on me. Your employees put the wrong dependents on my taxes and then filled out the 1095 A form incorrectly. I have a statement from the irs that says so. I will never go here and I do not recommend this shady place to anyone..As the owner told me before he hung up on me.. Have a nice day sir. P.S I still havent received my taxes from march 2020. Do not go to Libert Tax.

I will NEVER use their services again! This year was my 3rd year filing an injured spouse allocation. The past two years I filed my own taxes and never had any issues with it being processed. The one year. This year I was denied because of how they filed it (without my understanding of it, mind you). When I called them today to find out what I could do, because I should have to pay my ex-husband's child support, I was told " I shouldn't have married him". NEVER AGAIN!

Was going to have them do my tax return. After a day of waiting, i was told that id receive $450 back and they told me their filing fee was $327. So needless to say i did not allow them to do my tax return due to the outrageous 72% they were going to charge me.
