Liberty Tax N Main St, Kernersville

We have been doing our taxes here for years. The turn over rate is very high. After our experience we had last night and today I understand why. When we came in we were the only customers that were there. They started doing our taxes right away. After the manger left the woman doing our taxes had her mask below her nose. As we continue more people came who were not wearing mask they were not ask to put a mask on. By the time we were done there were three people in there without mask and the employee with hers under her nose. I did decide to call back and speak with the manger the next day. Who was very rude she would not allow me to finish my sentence. She insinuated that I was lying which is confusing due to the fact that she was not there. The phone call ended with the manger yelling and hanging up on me. I have a child with server asthma we do take this pandemic seriously. If this company does not it should be stated on the door. So I can make the right choice for me and my family before I enter.

I have ALWAYS had an excellent experience with Liberty Tax! They have never been snobs, nor pretentious...just down to earth people who are truly there to help. I've been with Liberty now for 5yrs or more and i'll always keep going back. The Kernersville location is managed by Anna who also overseas other locations - and she's the best! She knows her stuff, and I trust her completely. So despite those other reviews - I say "whatever" - Liberty Tax is the best choice and always the right choice for me!

Worst customer service I've ever had. First off if the government, or IRS , can verify my identity over the phone or internet then why can't liberty?!?! It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to drive hour to get my adj. Gross income from last years tax returnan hour to get my as dj

The woman doing a tax return for me took two hours to do a simple return. She continuously had to call someone over to help her. Very frustrating and then they told me it would cost 500$ for them preparing my taxes. This was absolutely ridiculous and I hope that they were filed properly.

They are way Over charging for the fee they have for just filing a return, I was going to go to them because they offer the $50 to file with them but hell even with the $50 they still charge almost $300 just to file your taxes. I'll stick with where I normally go $50 definitely worth the extra $250

I'm a huge fan of Liberty Tax...I've been using these guys for several years now and they've always helped me out when at times things when things seemed tricky...!
