Worst experience ever. Took 4 trips to accomplish what we needed, one took 2 hours and 45 minutes. We were kept waiting 15 minutes past our appointment time. BTW Jonathan if you thought I was yelling at you I apologize, my frustration at watching you slowly peck on your keyboard for 2.5 hours got the better of me. Yes, your customers can hear your conversation from the conference room.

This branch is so slow and near impossible to get in and out within a decent time frame. The drive-thru is a nightmare. I’m so glad to be a member of a credit union to deal with my everyday banking needs but my n law and landlord use Wells Fargo so I have no choice but to deposit money here.

Impossible to get inside unless you call non-stop. Consider yourself lucky if someone picks up the phone. Customers approaching the front doors every 5 minutes. Both phone numbers do nothing. Customer service told me there are no available appointments in the foreseeable future. Try your luck with the Winston-Salem branches they are better. Edit: If you post a bad review, Wells Fargo will contact you with a copy-pasted letter. This letter pins the blame on me, the customer, because I didn't schedule an appointment. Funny... before posting my review I called their number and the operator told me they had no appointments avaliable indefinately at this location. So what does Wells Fargo do when you complain about bad customer service? They pin the blame on you with a copy and pasted letter through email. Corpo dogs.

So thankful to close ALL accounts with Wells Fargo!! They cost me sooo much time & $!! I lost my downpayment on home in Kernersville!! 2016!! I had to research court files more than 20 yrs old!! To prove I owed NO child support!! And they informed me I couldn't have mortgage on more than 1 home!! Took all paperwork to State Employee Credit union, & they said many people with my income have more than 1 mortgage! And financed immediately!! Of course I had to repay the good faith $ AGAIN!! But I got the home I currently have lived in past 4 years!! They did NOTHING but discourage me!! Stay away from their incompetent mortgage department!!

Was in drive thru 2 rows were open though nobody was moving, so decided to go in. 2 tellers inside and saw 2 supposed to be handling drive thru. They were chit chatting la la la. How frustrating!! Glad we went in or I'd still be in line waiting

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. The lobby is NEVER open anymore. Customers wander around the walkway trying to find someone to help them, calling a phone number for non-existent appointments that is taped to the inside of the locked door on a hand written note in pencil. I called this number personally two days ago trying desperately to get someone to help me. There was no answer and eventually it just stops ringing. There was one drive thru line open and cars were wrapped around the building. I needed a simple bank printed document and had to end up driving 20 miles to another branch to get it. The manager of that branch told me they WF knows the Kville location has "serious" issues but does not seem to be able to fix them. I have been with Wachovia/Wells Fargo since 1988 but will now be moving ALL my business to Truliant. A financial institution that actually seems to be able to find and keep employees and still know your name when you walk in their UNLOCKED lobby. Good Luck WF, your best days are behind you!

Wells Fargo was very polite from the moment we walked into the door. Someone greeted us took your information asked us to set the lady was very friendly and ended up being the person that helped my daughter and her son along with her niece this morning. She was very attentive and detailed took the time to explain what we needed. It seem like everyone in the the bank was polite and eager to serve. I would recommend this Wells Fargo branch to anyone looking for a local branch near Kernersville. Leanne west was our customer service rep and she did a very good job looking addressing our needs.

    Response from the owner

I've been banking with wells Fargo for the last 15 years, and it seems like this certain branch decides what they can and cannot do for their customers on the spot. There is no consistency at this branch. Today I went in trying to deposit my boyfriends paycheck (that he had endorsed to me and signed, I even had his licence with me) and they said they could not deposit it into my account without him there. Which is totally under understandable. So I went and got my boyfriend(who had to leave work) in order to deposit it. When we both got back to the branch the teller was able to deposit it. We finished the transaction and was on the way out the door when I remembered the entire point of us doing this was to get a money order for our rent. So we went back to the same teller and that's when he informed us that the money would not be available to us until 5 days from the day we made the deposit. I was shocked because if we hadn't gone back into the bank at that exact moment we would have been completely broke until the next week. I understand a deposit might not be available for use instantly, but why couldn't the teller inform us of this before we wasted the entire hour of our lives and the gas it took to drive back and forth to this branch. Either wells Fargo needs to invest in better training for their employees or they need to send their management back to basics training. I'm glad they were at least polite because I was starting to get frustrated with the lack of information given and time wasted because of it. Wells Fargo is more than happy to give me a $35 overdraft fee immediately after me over drafting five cents, but they take their time when trying to take care of their loyal customers. I know this isn't a huge problematic situation, it's just frustrating how much they try and get over on their customers. I think it's more than time for me to find a new bank.
