My husband and I went in to do our taxes today with Joe and our entire experience was just impeccable, from the moment we walked in, to our actual tax preparation, and up to us leaving the entire time not only did Joe and the other tax professionals in the building do everything they possibly could to make sure we got the best refund but they went above and beyond to provide us with absolute top notch customer service. Joe was my tax prepped…. I couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided. With the new tax laws that constantly change, he explained it all in ways I can understand. Mark was able to get started with my personal and business tax filing and see me the next day to complete it (4.5 hours, $620). After a remote tax service fiasco, the personal touch with a kind and diligent expert to lower tax payment was appreciated. Glad I had my records in Quicken to bring. :)
