We'd love to give Jean Field (the owner) 6+ starts if there is such ranking. Our ITIN application for our nephew was rejected by IRS and I gave a call to Jean asking for help. She kindly evaluated all the documents and called IRS office for us. She patiently explained what happened and pointed out what steps we can take to get the issue solved. And she didn't charge us for a fee. She is so kind to us and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to this particular liberty tax for over 5 years now and I love their customer service and excellent care for my tax information. They’ll dig in deep to find whatever they can to make sure you get a great tax return and Missouri tax return. I love the people there and their very convenient. Only thing I don’t like is the parking space I think that should be expanded.

I really enjoy the knowledgeable, expedient service that this particular branch of Liberty Tax provides. This is my second year doing my taxes with Liberty Tax in Rock Hill. My tax situation this past year was a little more complicated than last year's but the staff at Liberty Tax Rock Hill were more than happy to smooth everything over, pointing out wonderful insights towards my return.
