Best place to get taxes done. Great location, right of the freeway. Fast friendly staff, got everything done in less than an hour. Will definitely be coming back next year.

My appointment today was the best experience I have ever had regarding filing my taxes. From setting up my appointment over the phone and all through the filing process was a pleasant and welcome experience unlike some other tax prepares I have gone to in the past. Juan Jose Sierra who was very friendly and took his time to explain in detail all the the aspects of the filing. He was patient, took all the time that was needed and I was not made to feel rushed, it seemed more like a family member doing my taxes and I am a very satisfied customer.

Juan had the best customer service I have ever received. This was my first time doing my taxes and he explained how everything would go. Appointments were fast and I got so much benefits back with Liberty Tax. I really suggest coming here for beginners and even people who just need a new company to do taxes with. Overall recommend.

Juan Jose (JJ) has been a huge help to me for the past few years helping me file for my taxes. He makes the process seamless as he tells me on what I need to prepare prior and we are able to finish the entire process in less than an hour with his expertise in the field. If I had the option of putting 0 stars I would, the reason I am giving this review is because when I filed my taxes with Juan José Sierra i had a bad experience that until this day I have not been able to receive my refund due to the mistake he made with my paperwork. And when I asked for help he didn’t want to help anymore and he also charged me more than 700 dollars, I regret going to file taxes with him I hope that he doesn’t make the mistake he made with me with other people. This is the reason I am making this review
