They take a service fee based on type of check (who wrote it) with government checks having the smallest bite. You know what the fee is before you cash the check and have the option to go elsewhere. Not that places like Walmart, retail stores, chain stores will cash pension checks although they claim to do so. I am usually pleased with the service levels but 2 weeks ago I cashed a check at the same place as always with a new employee. As always I told her to also do a 250usd money order. She forgot, I forgot to remind her and now am again late with payment. Never had this happen and hopefully it will not occur again. That incident is why 4 stars and not 5.

OMG such stupid people. I do not appreciate being treated like some common criminal. Took over 2 1/2 hours to cash a check. They charged me $30 to cash a $500 check.

As you can tell by reading the reviews, this place used to be great. The good employees all went on to better jobs. Now there's a new Witch named Norma who takes her job way too seriously. Making people she doesn't like jump through unnecessary hoops that she makes at her own discretion. I think she really dislikes white dudes!

Very unprofessional people. They charged $16 interest to cash a check not to mention with my mom and I being annoyed by these people because they’re just all over the place, the manager was talking disrespectful in Spanish like we didn’t understand. I wouldn’t recommend anybody going there. Trash!!

They do not staff it enough. 3 people waiting in line because of one loan over 34 minutes. They need two minimum and 4 at peak times. The staff is at least friendly. But they need more people!

Very slow customer service. Lots of people waiting, while the only clerk on duty is "overly helping" and "unnecessarily conversating" with each customer. Very frustrating and annoying. Especially when you're in a hurry.

It's super super super slow they only have 1 person
