Liberty Tax E Main St, Ephrata

Deborah was amazing!! She was very helpful and knew her stuff! She was very patient with my family, especially my two children who were along for the appointment. She never once made us feel uncomfortable for having our kids there. We have gone to liberty for a few years and Deb was one of the best. We will definitely be going back to Liberty next year and hopefully to see her 😊

I recently filed my taxes with Liberty tax in Ephrata and I would highly recommend them. My taxes have a few complications with them and Lena my tax preparer was very patient and thorough. She did an excellent job for me and was pleasant and fun to interact with as well. I highly recommend them and will be going back next year.

I absolutely love Kathryn :) she’s always so sweet to us and very accurate with everything that she does. I went to her twice and she always sends me a postcard to let me know that she appreciated my business. I highly recommend to go to her however all of the staff that I have interacted with at this location do seem friendly.. just in case you don’t run into this great woman :)

We've been going there for years. The staff at the Ephrata Pa office is Great, they are friendly knowledgeable and accommodating to work around your schedule. Have and will recommend family and friends to them. Never had any problems or audits but it's great to know that they have your back and would work to get a resolution for you.

Katherine was so nice, polite, and professional. She new her stuff and helped us figure out which documents were needed. She answered our questions and guided us as this was our first time doing taxes married. I recommend Liberty Tax in Ephrata. Especially for those newly we'd couples or others who don't know were to go.
