My wife and I started going to liberty tax almost 6 years and Yelena shlyakhtich is amazing! We can’t express enough how highly we recommend yelena with Liberty tax not to mention how quick and pain free she makes filing our taxes. Whenever we call to make an appointment, she makes time for us to come in right away. Yelena is very polite, professional, thorough, and backed by 15 years of experience and certifications. We are very thankful.

Called this place on Tuesday to schedule and was told I had to wait until Thursday for a afternoon appointment. Came in on Thursday 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment (6 pm) and the first thing the lady says is “we have to do fast because it’s snowing” . Fine let’s get it over with. 15 minutes into the process and she tells me she can’t do it because she doesn’t know anything about Alaskan dividend and how to file it. Ok, fine now what. She then tells me “ well I don’t know if we’re open tomorrow, but I’ll call you”. ridiculous!!! Horrible service! I would not recommend this place to anyone! You shouldn’t put people who are not educated in taxes in all states.

My wife a daughter went there, and the rep was very rude. My daughter was doing her taxes and had several questions. the rep became very frustrated and angry when she was asked these questions. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TO GO HERE. they are not helpful at all. avoid at all costs.

I went in on February 12th and Yelena did an amazing job as always. I called to schedule an appointment with her and when I got to there she received us right away. She was polite, professional, and knowledgeable with all the new tax updates. It was the first day of the snow storm and she still opened and showed up for our appointment.
