Liberty Tax is a place I would recommend to anyone looking to get their taxes filed. They were very courteous & their timing wasn't bad either. The lady who helped me I believe it was Lauren in the store on Platte in Colorado Springs she took care of me in a very timely manner & was very friendly & helped me tremendously.

I was very satisfied with my experience today with Lauren W. She was very helpful. She helped us and gave us suggestions with problems we had with our last year taxes that another person did for us. She took the extra time to answer all our questions. Thank you

Best tax filing office ever!! Scheduled an appointment and Valerie took care of me, she made sure I get the maximum dedication possible! I came with a lot of receipts for uber and w2s and she was happy to help me navigate through every deduction possible. Thank you guys, you rock!!

If you want your taxes completed, go somewhere else! This office took my tax documents with the promise of completing and submitting them to the IRS shortly. Unfortunately, this office has not completed the task in nine months. Although, according to the general manager, my amendment is complete and just needs to be submitted. But no one is submitting it to the IRS. I have called multiple offices during business hours , called staff, stopped by an office during business hours, and emailed countless times with no response. Not one staff member seems to work, or is held accountable. If they decide to not work, then you are SOL and just don't get your taxes filed. I had an issue with the office manager, Brenda, not doing her job, so the general manager stepped in and assured me that my situation would be remedied in a timely manner. That was a lie, too. Now I have the general manager, Lauren Weist, ignoring my emails and calls. The company has not submitted my documents and does not respond to any form of communication. The behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when dealing with the IRS. There are deadlines, money, and fines on the line. Those stakes are too high to deal with a company that simply chooses to ignore their clients. Please do not go here if you care about your money, time, or sanity.
