Liberty Tax Van Nuys Blvd, Pacoima

I live in Anaheim and I came out to Van Nuys to do my taxes at this location. They have a lot of locations but my referral said the staff at this location are awesome. And she was right, Karla is very smart and super nice. I will definitely be back next year. Thank you for everything Karla.

Karla was so nice very patient with our time and explained our process of our taxes very well.

This year is the worst. I have been lied to multiple times, even by a manager named Ken. I’m missing thousands from my refund and 2 times I’ve gone to sign a form with 2 different people and they said they would call the IRS for me to help me with this situation. Yet my husband got ahold of someone today who said nothing has been done. I’m not filing with them again. Do not go they will not help you at all and will overcharge you.

Made an appointment for 6:00pm, did not get helped until 6:50pm, and wanted to charge me $400 to do my taxes. If I could give zero stars I would.

It’s really upset to have this post. I don’t know what is going on to this location we were really like the service here and especially the manger. But when the thing happened we tried to make twice appointments and it just turned to be nothing response and they are not even open for half month typically. Only another lady who is a manger in other few locations available to talk. But the thing is that she said totally different thing compared to the person who helped with tax filling. And we only want to talk to this manger about it since she said everything like 100% to us and right now it turned out totally different and it’s a huge big difference that we need to clean it up. It is definitely not something we can take without even though straight response for this thing and especially she’s a manager here long time. Super disappointed. They charged a lot and cannot even do the thing correct. And you barely could really reach out them easily. Just want to know who is in charge of these managers who made mistakes and not even responsible of it.
