    Always a line. Never fails at this branch. Now you must wait outside in a line with no shade. Was 95° today. Management are you listening? Hire more employees already. As predictable as the DMV. Avoid this branch if you can or you enjoy being treated like cattle.

    Went for simple withdrawal and was treated like I was doing fraud. Me having my debt card and entering my pin and showing my california ID wasn't enough for them. They system shows them how much funds are available on my account but they wanted to make sure fund are available they said for my protection. I really dont think that's protecting me it seems more like I was looked at suspicious. I should of stuck to my normal routine and drove to another branch. And I did go to another branch cause I had them cancel my transaction but at other branch I didn't have any problems my usual in and out. The people there are nice for most part I guess it was just my day to have a bad experience.

    Honestly I have no idea what corporate is doing with this location, the wait times are ridiculously long, every time I have had to come to this location I have waited a minimum of 30 minutes. I hope that they can work on it to get it fixed!

    I get excellent service from most of the people working at the branch. Christian always gives me the best, personalized help and service, regardless of what the issue may be. I have NEVER had such a great personalized service from any major bank. It's very very nice to know that when you walk in, he will treat you more like a friend than a customer. He always bends over backwards to take care of any issues I may have. The only other bank that has done this for me in the past and still continues to give me similar service is a smaller bank named Bank of North Georgia in GA. But as I mentioned, dealing with this particular branch is amazing!

    I reported a fraud investigation, I made a payment directly to my cable company of $60 and went to my online bill pay and made an additional small payment of only .53 cents. So how is it possible that on my wells fargo account I was charged $60.53 and I'm being told that I made that payment. It doesn't make sense now they sent me a letter stating that they close the investigation. All o have to say is they have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and they dont want to admit they did wrong I NEVER had a good experience with them. I regret opening an account .

    Worst bank ever I made an appointment at 4 and got there at 4:04 all the way to 4:30 and the lady says she cancelled my appointment because she didn't see me? That I got there late? When I first came in I saw that she had people there and after they left she didn't say next or come look to see who else has an appointment just sat there on her computer. She even told me some lady was there at 3:50 and it was already 4:30 and still didn't get assistance talk about worst customer service 👎EVER!!

    I will have to start saying I won't change this branch for any reason. I've been going to them for years and everytime I've tried another one I don't get the same customer services. The people at this branch have the best customer base service training. Greeting consumers with a "good morning/evening" message everyday. Not even on long days where they've been working for a long weekend/holidays days they have a bad aptittud. The previous managers and the current newest one are def. committed to give you a good service and solution. The service is equal either is a girl or a boy who take care of you you leave this branch with an excellent experience.

    They are really nice, I went to open an account with them, they even help me a week before by letting me know the documents I need, they really have a good service.

    Went in to finish my payment on my loan, didnt have my account number so the staff member looked up my account, I asked what was the remaining balance and low and behold, their system didn't show how much was left over. Went to the Burbank wells fargo branch and told me how much was left and everything. Really shows the type of shady crooked lying type of people who work at this Pacoima Wells Fargo Branch. Save your time and go to another bank branch, with honest folks.
