Everything went well. We received the exact amount from the state and federal government that they said we would receive. I have continued to use this tax service for the last three years. I have also been able to call and talk to the office prior to making decisions that may have unforeseen tax consequences. They have eagerly answered my questions and told me what would be the pros and cons of such a decision.
