I highly recommend Niello BMW of Elk Grove. I have been taking my BMW there for about 2 years now and have only received excellent service from my repairs, oil changes to the way I’m treated by staff every time I’m there. The service staff is amazing, they are always friendly and honest with me regarding my car, they always get me in for an appointment with in and out time being speedy and really do try to go above and beyond in both big and small ways. I’m appreciative of not feeling pressured to get repairs done with them being honest and treating me the way they would want. I have worked with Bob mostly and today I worked with Richard and they have both been great to work with. There are many great things about this dealership that I have noticed but I would like to mention there car washes are amazing. I will always chose this BMW first! Thank you Niello BMW of Elk Grove! This is was my first service appointment at Niello BMW since purchasing my car & maintenance program through them last July. Richard Mendez was courteous and checked in with me periodically during the 1.5 hrs I was there and since it was raining he even had the maintenance crew change my windshield wipers. I also had my key fob battery changed while I was there. The service guys were quick and they even video parts of the inspection and text it to you. Kudos to everyone at Niello for providing excellent service!

My car issues were quickly and expertly assessed. My service specialist communicated clearly, what was found during their inspection, and what my service options were. The status of my vehicle was updated and communicated to me at every step of the process. All service was rendered in a timely fashion. Overall good experience. Darren was great. Very friendly and helpful but most of all respectful. Walked me through everything as a new buyer, 5 stars to him. 4 stars because the guy in financing - can’t remember his name - felt like a bit of a jerk. Tried pushing me to buy some package I had specifically asked not to be included because they forgot to take it off and told me “sorry it’s already part of the car”. Was about to walk out when he agreed to take it off. Other than that he was fine. They both stayed late after closing to help me to close with me because we ran late due to traffic - really appreciated that. Fair pricing, very attentive customer service, thorough explanations.

This location is amazing! My vehicle rep Trevor never fails me. He’s thorough, responsive, and always go above and beyond to see that his customers are taken good care of. First class service every time. This location is the only reason I won’t trade in my BMW. Highly considering getting a new one just because I enjoy the first class services and of course my ultimate driving machine😜

Brought my 430i to be serviced at Niello’s Elk Grove. Bob provided outstanding service. The oil change was fast and they provided a ride back to the dealership when it was done. This dealership is top notch! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here.

The service department staff are very courteous and act as professionals. In my opinion their hourly labor rates are too high. They have highly skilled mechanics but they’re not rocket scientists. I know Niello isn’t paying their mechanics per hour anywhere near what they are charging in labor, so all the overage is going to overhead.

I bought my first car with Niello BMW and have been receiving great service from them. I would highly recommend anyone who comes here to get assisted by Monica ! Very unhappy person. A 10 star op missed for customer service. Im 72. I arrived early and was seen right away. I had an additional request to please adjust my tire pressure as needed... Took me 3 days to get it right the last time... And the 57000 mile checkup. No tire pressure check ... ranges from 33.5 to 39.9 all four tires different... But let me know i will need new rear tires soon. Oh well... Maybe next time. And No Car wash. 😭

Great customer service! Friendly attendants. I had my oil changed, and all points inspection and the cabin air filter changed and it only took a little over an hour. I am very pleased with the service! We will be back.

This is my third time getting serviced by Niello Elk Grove and I have to say, they are ALL fantastic professionals in all fields...from customer service to mechanical, technical ability. They not only fixed issues I had when I purchased my BMW from a different dealer (AutoNation Roseville), but were fully transparent on what their limitations were. Even then, they recommended local services to which could service my issues (ex.Bent Rim). There was a service I did not request added to my bill and once I brought it up I was told that it couldn’t be removed however they would give me a discount. I really felt like I was forced to get something that I didn’t want.

Update: Give them a chance, make your own decision, tell others about it I have increased my 2 star rating to 3 stars because of a phone call. Me and this dealership have history. Not a pleasant experience from my point of view. Sales, Parts and Service, nothing has gone smooth in the past and my review reflected that. The phone call was in no way harsh, or pushy and didn't ask me to change my review in any way shape or form,.The service manager seemed genuinely interested in where they had gone wrong and failed to meet my expectations. The phone call is a step in the right direction on bridging the gap between customer expectations and the services they provide. I do believe Elk Grove Niello wants everyone to feel they've received their money's worth when they visit their dealership. I recently had my oil changed under warranty and everything was perfect but the google score isn't a rating of how they did the last time, it's how they've done overall. Elk Grove Niello has a pretty good overall rating so most customer's are having their expectations met or exceeded. My suspicion is that most of those customers are under a warranty or a maintenance plan but still, they are happy. I had a bad experience with sales, parts and service. I give Elk Grove Niello a 3 star rating and I won't eagerly go there but they are very convenient if you live around the Elk Grove area. My first time getting a maintenance service here in Bmw of elk grove and my experience is was amazing. richard mendez my service advisor is very knowledgeable about the car and answers my questions regarding about the warranty and third party warranty. unfortunately they done have a loaner car due to car shortage but they do offer complimentary wash (optional) the facility itself is very spacious compared to other bmw dealerships. the lounge area for the customer is spacious and the table and chairs are separated according to covid protocols. bathroom is clean and complimentary drinks are clean and organized. what i really like about their service is that, their mechanics actually took video of what they found on your car to show you the proof what’s causing the damage or potential damage. and thats big deal! thats a game changer! (i usually place hidden cams in my car because of my bad experience with other dealerships in the past. lol) with this type of service they providing, i’m pretty sure their sales department have top notch customer service. i’ll sending my car back here for future services. keep a good work guys. just a recommendation: i hope they some outlets near the waiting area so you can charge your laptop or phone while waiting for the car to be done.

The best dealership I have ever come across. This is coming from someone who use to work in sales for a major dealership. All dealerships should take notes on how a car buying experience should be handled. Exceptional customer service. Mike in sales got me into my new 3 series flawlessly. Trevor in service took care of my disaster of a collision on the freeway and brought my car back to life. He even contacted the insurance reps pressing them to complete my claim. Overall, a great experience. I custom ordered a new M340i and our sales contact Geoff was very helpful and personable. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell us. Just provided all of the information we needed and gave great customer service from the moment we ordered the car until we drove off the lot. I arrived at the dealer to pick up the new car and it was in the showroom with a giant red bow. Nice touch. They completed paperwork efficiently and Geoff made every effort to get us on our way quickly. 👍🏻

I could buy a BMW anywhere but I always go to Niello Elk Grove because of the Service I receive from the sales team, finance and definitely the Service Department! Today, I noticed a issue with my front tire and called the Service Department to ask if they had a replacement. The young lady on the phone checked and confirmed they had the tire I needed. I then asked if I could come today and have the tire changed and also get a Service done while there. Bob Caudle made it happen and I am extremely grateful! Awesome service! This was my first time having my car serviced at Niello. Everyone was extraordinarily professional and friendly. I admired how service updates were sent to me via both text and email. These updates allowed me to electronically submit approval for additional services as the mechanics were working on my car and discovered the additional issues.

I took my BMW just to get an oil change, but ended with a fantastic experience. Minh Nguyen, my service advisor, was absolutely first-rate. He knew I was short on time, and he made it so I got my car back (oil change PLUS hand wash) in plenty of time to get to my appointment. He also kept me informed the whole time, and really made me have a great experience. Hugo, in the parts department, was incredible as well. Just an outstanding human being! THIS is what makes Niello BMW stand-out above the rest!!!

My service advisor Brad has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. From arranging a loaner car to ensuring the repairs were done in a timely manner, and just being plain friendly and knowledgeable. I usually don’t go to the Elk Grove BMW but it was an emergency service since I was in the area and was about to break down. They got me in quickly with a loaner and took extra care of my car. I definitely can tell. The car runs beautifully. Hopefully it stays that way. I am very please with Minh who was my service writer. He was helpful and friendly. Richard played a huge rule in taking care of my car. I felt I was in good hands and he kept me updated throughout the process. He notified me I’d be able to save some money after he took the time to do research and utilize my cars warranty. As far as my other repairs, I was shown where the costs came from and saved some money. I will be back if necessary

Pulled up with my daughter. Looking to buy a 2022 or 2023 x7 bmw. No one came out to greet n meet. I'm not disappointed nor dissatisfied because I'm a business owner myself and I'm sure it wasn't purposely done. I know low star ratings make us look bad.When I pick up my wife and go there and we will purchase a vehicle from them if we see one we like.

Will be going to Niello Sacramento next time for service appointments. Very sloppy experience where I was skipped and had to be helped by a different advisor. Went in for a prepaid oil change and the whole experience took over 2 hours. No car wash and no loaner car offered. Service has deteriorated from the last times I’ve been. Disappointed even though I used to look forward to each service visit. Consider visiting a different BMW service center.

They were flat out amazing! I was travelling from Washington State when my brake lights came on. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replace the faulty wiring. Everyone there was a consummate professional and easy to get a long with. A special shout out to Q in sales and my service advisor Mr. Figueroa. Mr. Figueroa is an all-star, if I lived in the area I'd have a hard time finding anyone else to work with.

I took my car in for its regular servicing. They were very prompt with checking me in and the vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner. With the inclusion of the text notifications I was also able to know when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Staff were very friendly.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a bmw dealership. I live in Los Angeles and usually have the worst experience w the bmw dealerships down there. But this place completely changed that for me. Not only did they get my car in last minute from a tow, but they worked on it right, didn’t add any hidden fees and got me back my car that same day. AlwYs called me to keep me updated.

I walked into the dealership expecting to just test drive a vehicle I liked online and I walked out of the dealership 40 minutes after they closed with the keys to that same vehicle in my hand. I brought my daughter’s car in with a check engine light issue. They corrected the issue at no charge to me. We had a warranty that covered the issue. We wee not aware of thar warranty. They also listed a bunch of recommended fixes that can be addresses at a later time. Great service.

First of all the service was A1 on point and seamless. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable, leading me right to where I need to be to get my Service completed. It was wonderful not having to worry about lack of knowledge or potential disasters. My car was fixed, the solution was fast accurate and without flaw! It was back to me in the estimated time given. And finally I’d say it was money well spent.

We started getting our m3 serviced at EG Niello in 2018. We tried Modesto first since we’re in Stockton but EG has been our first choice by far. We did need to switch advisors recently but the transition was flawless and the new advisor was experienced and treated us like first class customers. EG Niello is the best, great service, great mechanics overall best experience we’ve had from any dealer!
