Tim is awesome! He and Liberty were great! I was stressed about taxes and how to file. He was so helpful. Even talked me through concerns after I had gotten home and had additional questions. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Made my experience so much better. Thanks Tim! Outstanding!

The entire staff here is very helpful and friendly. I was treated like family with Tim and all the others. They joked with me and showed an incredible amount of passion. First year going to Liberty Tax and I must say I will be going back! Tim is very helpful and makes the process as quick and easy as he can! I also found out some information about my previous tax company that I was not aware of. Tim was willing to take the time and go through my previous tax year and make me aware of some fees I had paid and didnt know about. Makes me feel confident in my choice to switch companies and I know that I am in good hands.

Great Service! Tim and the entire staff make taxes as easy as possible. This year I emailed most of my information to the office and stopped in the next day to review, sign and file my return. I was in and out in no time at all. True professionals in every regards. They do all they can to get you the credits and deductions that you are legally entitled to, and do it in a friendly and fun manner. They are the the best in the tax business!

Since 1988 I've prepared my own taxes, 30 years later I decided to have Tim and his staff prepare my taxes. Maybe I was doing something wrong all these years, maybe I was missing a deduction....I felt it was time to see what a professional says. I could not have been happier with the service and value I got from Tim and his team - well worth doing. Now, I admit I was doing things well all these years, no big revelations, but that's not what stuck with me most - what did is how quick and reassuring the process was and how much of my time it freed up...but consider I may be in the minority...so for others that may not handle their taxes as well - going to Liberty could be more beneficial than you think! Tim was so patient and efficient when working with me! I am very skilled at complicating my own taxes. He patiently listened to my crazy theories and managed to uncover why I thought I owed $700 but identified that I actually qualify for a return. He offers fantastic customer service in addition to a wealth of knowledge! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
