Been serviced for 4 years back to back, and they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to your taxes or income tax return. Edit: back again for 2021 and they're still on top of their game. ! Don't go to any other liberty tax, but this one!

Great customer service! Was referred by my sister and was the first time I filed taxes. They offered drinks once I walked in, they had a kids play area which was perfect because I had my son with me, bathroom available and goodies at the end. Angelica helped me, she explained the process and was quick. Will be coming back next year.

Mishell and her team are professional, transparent, and so helpful. I’m glad I found her office. They provided me with help through out the year even off season when I got a letter from the IRS. Charging $450.00 USD for the short form is a way too expensive, ripping off Latinos of their income tax refund!! 😬They do free estimate but beware that they keep in their system all your information including your social security number even if you don't do your taxes with them...also is very unsafe, their staff are not wearing masks out at all even when in California it is the law.

This is my fourth year coming to mishell and I continue to have an incredible experience. There are things I didnt get when doing taxes and Mishell always made sure to explain and address any concerns I have. As a single tax payer one usually doesnt get too much back. But mishell always manages to qualify me on every possible credit that I am eligible for. I am grateful for her service and how she demonstrates to genuinely care to give back the most refunds to her clients, to the best she can.
