After a terrible unexpected family hardship I had to get my hands on some money real fast. The customer service is amazing here. Arnold and Marley are very experienced and helped me with a fair offer. Anytime you find yourself in a financial crunch I highly recommend this shop.

The last time I came here, years ago, I found my wife a gold ring with a large garnet in it for an awesome price. I went back looking for unique jewelry and was quite pleased again. The service was very good and very pleasant. I mentioned the parking meter and the salesman stopped everything and made change. This is not your average pawn shop.

Arnold was extremely accomodating with superb customer service. The enire staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Ten stars if possible. Will return!

Stay as far away possible from this place as possible. The queenish little lady fella at the window has a arrogant attitude. I get that you may know what you take and what’s real or what’s not. a little personality goes a long way. All the stuff in this store looked old and stale. And trust me it’s not cause I was turned away. The location is horrendous and on a very busy corner full of crime and homeless. No parking available and you would think a place called gold and silver would actually buy silver. Complete waste of time and space. This dude was giving me ms trunchbel from Matilda vibes. Yikes. This place is great! The location is easy to find and the store itself is clean and organized. I was helped by John and he was very fair and good with his pricing. It was my first pawn process and he made it very easy and quick. I would recommend coming to this shop for a honest, fair quick and easy experience. Thank you!

Never have I been to a pawn shop that values the customer more than they do at Beverly pawn! The gentleman Rauel is absolutely fantastic and exhibits nothing but love and generosity. Always putting the customer first and always having a beautiful smile on his face. I will never frequent another shop because I feel apart of the customer family here at Beverly. If I could give more than five stars I would! LOVE this place!

One of the very few pawn shops I've ever walked into. I will say coming in o tkn office is very guarded. There are two gates to com though before you enter the office. I was greeted by Kevin sho was very professional and nice. He Evaluated my goodies and sent me on my way. Very painless

I have always had a pleasant experience when I came in to pawn an item. Their loans are always fair and when I came back to get them. They were in the condition I brought them in. I would definitely recommend them to a friend if they hit a rough patch
